Are you looking to purchase a new property, or perhaps just keep a close eye on the market?  If so, please fill out the following form and I will send you listing details that match your criteria as they become available.

If you would like to search MLS® listings direct from the Real Estate Board, without any intervention from me, please register as a client.  No contract is necessary and there is no obligation.  Using this site you can search for foreclosures, estate sales, and even assumable mortgages.  (Please note:  any searches that generate 50 or more listings must be manually authorized before they are able to be viewed.  If you are not able to view a search immediately it means that your search generated too many results and we suggest that you refine the search so that listings can be viewed sooner and without authorization.) 

IMPORTANT:  As well, once you have registered as either a guest or a client, and are ready to set up a search, please remember to click on ’Show Advanced Search Features’.  Here you will find a box to mark indicating to the system that you would like all new listings that meet your criteria to be automatically emailed to you once they come on the market.  Then you just simply have to check your email on a regular basis.  It’s that easy!  (If you do not check this box, new listings will NOT be automatically emailed to you.)
